First of all i want to thank to my tourism’s lecturer, Miss Raja Norliana binti Raja Omar because give me a task to make my own blog.So this is my first ever blog,my blog show 15 attraction place in the world.I hope all of you like and ready go that place I post.

Happy Magic Water Cube

Happy Magic Water Cube is located in Beijing, China. Beijing's National Aquatics Centre was built for the 2008 Summer Olympics, but after the Games were over, the centre lost some of its allure. As a result, in 2011, it was transformed into Happy Magic Water Cube, Beijing Water Cube Water Park, an impressive indoor waterpark for year-round use.The Water Cube on Beijing’s Olympic Green is easily one of the most enthralling aquatic centers on the planet. Its bubble-like exterior is almost as recognizable in China as the Mao portrait hanging above the Forbidden City. However, ever since Michael Phelps walked away with eight gold medals in 2008, the Beijing municipal government has struggled to make the complex a commercially viable venture and just recently placed all their hope in an incredibly ornate theme park. The “Happy Magic Water Cube, Beijing Water Cube Water Park,” now dominates the southern end of the structure and caters to an emerging urban elite who can afford the hefty entry price. The water park epitomizes the fantastical escapism so sought after by a burgeoning moneyed class in Beijing. Here one can slip into a state of reverie and forget about the smog-covered skies and endless traffic jams just outside the aqua-blue cellular membrane encasing the Happy Magic Water Park. It is the ultimate leisure playground in a country still coming to grips with profound social inequalities

Tropical Islands Resort

Located approximately 60 km south of Berlin we have the world’s largest dome that houses an artificial tropical resort. The structure itself is 360 meters long, 210 meters wide, 107 meters high and makes use of 14,000 tons of steel to remain erected. To give our readers a little perspective here; it can house 8 soccer fields and the Statue of Liberty can be easily placed inside it. The building has a volume of 5.5 million cubic meters. There are no supporting pillars inside the hall. This structure was designed and built back in 2000 for the CL160 which was never completed and eventually the company went bankrupt in 2002 and two years later emerged the Tropical Island Resort.

Once you enter the dome, you’ll be stepping into the world’s largest artificial rainforest. There are around 30,000 tress, groundcover and bushes. One can very well find some carnivorous plants, coffee bushes, banana trees, jungle creepers and many other exotic plants. There is a one km long path that goes through the forest and then we have a bridge right above the mangrove swamp which gives quite a view to its users. The dome makes use of real sunlight to provide nourishment to 500 species of plants that are planted within it.All the visitors are welcome to enjoy the 200 meters long artificial beach where they can even go for a swim in the artificial sea and enjoy 26 degrees Celsius all the time. The sea has been outlined with sandy beaches and has some small tropical islands which have been decorated by employing grass hunts. You’ll also find many re-creations of some of the very famous architectural work from Asia; Angkor Wat, the Balinese Temple Gate etc. You can find Buddha statues in abundance and there are ponds and canals running through the site.

This facility is open 24/7 all year long and has a lot of activities to keep attracting visitors. For instance; a swimming pool with a capacity of 8,000 persons at a time, 25 meters high water slide, restaurants, mini-golf course and many other highlights. Let’s not forget the overnight camping on Paradise beach.

The dome enjoys some really cool environment friendly features as well. The recycled water from the pools is used to water the plants. Owing to the humidity inside,  every now and then water condensation gathers and then falls resulting in spontaneous rain showers which are really cool!

So if you’re planning to visit Germany, do take a trip to this wonderful place.

The mysterious of Machu Picchu

The location of Machupicchu is 112.5 km. northeast of the city of Cusco,Peru at 2,350 meters, within the Machu Picchu Archaeological Park, which comprises a large area of the province of Urubamba in the Cusco Department. It is surrounded by a huge forest of majestic mountains.

Certainly, the most important thing to do at Machu Picchu... is see the ruins of Machu Picchu! These world-famous restored remains of the pre-Columbian Inca Empire consist of 200 structures – mostly residential, but also including important sites like the sun-oriented Intihuatana, the sacred Temple of the Three Windows and the Temple of the Sun. Other principal points of interest include the Gate of the Sun, the Main Temple and the Condor. Throughout the site, keep an eye out for the sophisticated solid walls characteristic of the Inca – intricate stonework with no mortar.

The Ascent of Huayna Picchu

Huayna Picchu, or Young Peak, is the oft-pictured mountain rising in the background several hundred meters above the Machu Picchu citadel. A stunning outlook over Machu Picchu and the surrounding area, it has become a very popular hiking destination, so much so that access is now fee-based and limited to 400 daily permits – 200 at 7am and 200 at 10am. Physically fit hikers will reach the top of Huayna Picchu in about 45 minutes, but should not underestimate the climb. It is not an easy trek, especially in the rain. The most dangerous parts involve steep steps with via-ferrata-style support cables and railings. There is even a girth-limiting squeeze through a narrow tunnel.

Climb to the Inca Bridge

Some believe that the path of the Inca Bridge was a secret back entrance to Machu Picchu. Like a drawbridge, the bridge itself could even be made impassable across its 20-foot gap in the narrow mountain trail right where it clings to the face of a 1,900-foot cliff. Two long tree trunks could traverse the breach, but when removed, there would be no simple way through. These days, for security reasons, crossing the bridge itself is forbidden, but you can get very close via a 30-minute flat path from the Caretakers Hut. During the first 15 minutes, you pass through lush cloud-forest vegetation before, at a clearing, the trail narrows to stone track seemingly carved out of the mountain and perched above a sheer vertical drop. Use of the metal and rope hand holds along the way is strongly encouraged, especially when the trail is at its most narrow.

Enchanting Coron

Coron Island is the third-largest island in the Calamian Islands in northern Palawan in the Philippines. The island is part of the larger municipality of the same name. It is about 170 nautical miles (310 km) southwest of Manila.

Explore Coron Island and its lakes and lagoons.

Probably the most popular tour in this part of Palawan, Coron Island Tour will take you on a hop from one lake to another. Coron Island’s jagged coast harbors lagoons that are friendlier to swimmers. Further inland, accessible by trekking are eight lakes but only two of them are open to the public. Barracuda Lake sounds intimidating, or even frightening to some, but it reveals a fascinating surprise when you put your mask on. The cliffs that dive into its depth appear oddly intriguing, as if it hides a secret world. It just has a fantasy film feel to it. Kayangan Lake, said to be one of the cleanest in the country, has become the flagship destination of Coron, thanks to its crystal clear water, cradled in between karst cliffs.

Brave the 700 steps to the top of Mt. Tapyas.

It is the second tallest peak in Coron and is a popular first stop because of its accessibility. Mt. Tapyas may be reached on foot from the city center. At 210 meters, it is a dominant natural structure, towering over the town. It’s an easy climb; a concrete staircase leads to the summit. There are plenty of covered “rest stops” along the way so if you have the time, it doesn’t have to be that difficult. If you could, go in the late afternoon and catch the most breathtaking view of the islands during sunset.

Meet some mermaids

Well, not really mermaids but just as attractive — dugongs! If Bohol is famous for dolphins and Donsol for whale sharks, Coron has the gentle and lovable dugong for that exciting and enlightening wildlife encounter. The dugong (sea cow) is on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s list of species that are vulnerable to extinction but they remain thriving in Coron, one of the few places where you can watch and observe them in the wild. The beautiful Sunflower & Lavender Field in Provence

Provence France is located in the south-eastern part of France. It is divided into six regions which are Bouches du Rhone, Var, Alpes Maritimes, Vaucluse, Alpes de Haute Provence, and Hautes Alpes.

Provence is famous for the beauty of its villages and landscapes, the warmth of its climate, the smell of the lavender and sunflower, the allure of its lifestyle a sunshine, and olive oil-based Mediterranean civilization that attracts us all. Lavender fields is a genus of 39 species of flowering plants in the mint family, Lamiaceae. Many members of the genus are widely cultivated in temperate climates as ornamental plants for garden and landscape use, and also commercially for extraction of essential oils. Popular destination for any photographer, the vast fields of purple little flowers and the beautiful yellow sunflower can make some stunning scenery.

The lavender in the Luberon blooms from around the last week of June to the beginning of August when it is harvested. It is usually at its peak in early July, but this depends on the rainfall in the year.If you want to see sunflowers and lavender together, sunflowers are in full colour in July-August. You may also find lavender fields that contain a stone borie, which makes a more interesting photo than just the lavender.

Magnificent Heidelberg Castle

Heidelberg Castle is located in Heidelberg, Germany. The castle is situated on the mountain slope in the eastern parts of the city.

The castle garden

One must see place when visiting Heidelberg Castle is its garden. Visitors can spend hours in the garden and still find hidden beauties. In the garden lies several big grottos on the upper terrace, little benches with their history and several beautiful statues and fountains. The most prominent statue is Father Rhine, symbolizing the most important river of Germany. The statue rests on a stone bed, surround by water. He is not that hard to recognize; there is not too many white statues of a half naked man with a long beard around.

Spectacular view

Standing on the terrace you will find a great view of Heidelberg. From here, visitors can see all the roofs of old Heidelberg city, the maze of its little cobbled streets, the churches and the Neckar River with the Old Bridge.

Wine cellar

Another charming place is the wine cellar. When entering the cellar, visitors get greeted by the cellar master and court jester Perkeo. He works 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He is also made of bronze and rather small, but nonetheless welcoming. The cellar also house one of the biggest wine kegs in the world –The Great Vat. It has a capacity of 220,000 liters, or 58,000 gallons, and was long the largest wine barrel in the world. The Great Vat was installed in 1751 with a direct connection by pump to the main banqueting hall. There were never any reports of wine shortage on the Heidelberg Castle banquet.

Elisabeth's Gate

One last mention goes to the triumphal arch known as Elisabeth's Gate, located near the entrance. Tradition says the gate was built in a single night by Prince Elector Friedrich V in 1615 as a birthday present for his English princess, Elisabeth Stuart. The charming little gate was severely weather warn and was partly restored in 1949. The unique pillars are noteworthy with their leaf work and artistic flowered capitols.

South Africa – Inspiring new ways

South Africa is located on the southern tip of the African continent, bordered by northern neighbours Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. It encompasses the independent mountain kingdoms of Lesotho and Swaziland and is flanked by the Atlantic Ocean on the west and the warm Indian Ocean on the east - giving the country its spectacular range of biodiversity.

Garden Route is a scenic and popular beaches in the South East of South Africa. Garden Route's name comes from the green vegetation and ecological diversity are mostly found in the many lagoons and lakes along the coast. This route includes cities such as Mossel Bay, Knysna, Oudtshoorn, Plettenberg Bay and Nature's Valley, with George as the Garden Route city center and the largest administrative center.Ten nature reserves are included in this route is home to diverse ecosystems, a unique marine reserves, home to soft coral reefs, dolphins, seals and various other marine life.

Bell tower is located on Strand Road has become a landmark Port Elizabeth. Tower built in 1923 was established to commemorate the first settlers of this town. At the height of 52 meter high building, you can see beautiful views of the city. If possible, you can visit when the bell rang. The bell tower is open from Tuesday-Sunday from 9:00 to 14:00 pm local time and you are expected to give a donation if you visit here.

If you want to look at the lives of wild elephants come to the Addo Elephant National Park which is near the city of Port Elizabeth. The park is also one of 20 national parks in South Africa. This park was first discovered in 1931 and has been home to 450 elephants and other mammals in large numbers.Each year the park is visited by nearly 120,000 people which dominate foreign tourists visit. In the park there is also a swimming pool, restaurants, and other camp facilities.

It's Better in The Bahamas

Bahamas is a country with a small population which is located in the continent/region of North America.Countries near Bahamas include Cuba, Turks and Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands and Jamaica.

Cabbage Beach is one of the best Bahamas beaches. Broad beaches, stretching along 2 miles, make this beach an ideal destination for sunbathers and sand-castle builders. The clear, calm waters are excellent for swimming and snorkeling. Casinos, restaurants and hotels line the beach. Cabbage beach is filled with tropical trees such as coconut, casuarinas and sea grape. Other popular beaches in Bahamas are the Gold Rock Beach, Xanadu Beach and Lucaya Beach

Blue Lagoon Island is a private island situated 5 km (three miles) from Nassau, Bahamas and serves as a local tourist attraction. In here you can Swim in the calm lagoon, relax on the beach, enjoy water sports, feast on a grilled lunch, sip refreshing tropical drinks, or just do nothing but watch the coconut palms sway as you lounge in a hammock.

Paradise Island Outdoor Aquarium is the Atlantis resort in Paradise Island is home to 200 marine species like sharks, jelly fishes, green eels, and lobsters to name a few. This popular tourist attractions has 11 exhibit lagoons where tourists can see 200 species of different marine animals. The Acrylic tunnels that undermine the sea creatures' habitat enable tourists to see piranhas, lobsters, jellyfish, green eels, sharks, giant groupers. You can see many other creatures as well in their natural habitats.

I wish I was in Finland

Located between Sweden and Russia, Finland also borders the Baltic Sea, Gulf of Bothnia, and Gulf of Finland. Finland also includes the island province of Åland, located between Sweden and Finland.

Located at the entrance of Helsinki's harbor, is a unique example of European military architecture. For the people of Finland, Suomenlinna Fortress is not just a means of defense penghadang enemy. But more than that, Sveaborg Suomenlinna - they call it that - is a fortress savior. This assumption is born due to the fact that this building has been keeping the ports in this country since the 18th century, which also makes Finland safe from enemy attack.

Located in the northern part of the country, in Lapland, near the town of Rovaniemi on the Arctic Circle, in the Park Santa.But Lapland offers more than that. Sub arktik unique natural beauty of the expanse of tundra and pine forests, frozen lakes in winter and the snow hill near the park became popular winter tourist center and is different from other places.

Koli is one of the most famous national landscapes of Finland. Koli National Park situated in the eastern part of Finland, famous for its heritage landscapes, which have been influenced by the strong tradition of slash-and-burn agriculture for the last 250 years. Koli National Park contains a diverse complex of habitats within its 2600ha NATURA 2000 areas. These include natural boreal forests, silicate rock vegetation, Fennoscandian herb-rich forests, high- and lowland meadows, eskers and bog woodlands.

Helsinki Cathedral is a beautiful landmark in Helsinki, Finland. It was build as a tribute to Grand Duke, Nicholas I, the Tsar of Russia and was previously known as St. Nicholas’ Church before the independence of Finland in 1917. The architecture is a Greek Cross Plan which is comprised of a square central mass along-with four arms to add to its beauty. The structure includes a tall green dome which is surrounded by four smaller domes in a neoclassical style. It is the main attraction in the Senate Square and is surrounded by most of the buildings designed by Engel to form a rare sight of beauty among his creations. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Helsinki.

Get natural in Switzerland

Located in west central Europe, bordered on the north by France and Germany, on the east by Austria and Liechtenstein, on the south by Italy, and on the west and south-west by France

A famous playground of the wealthy, St. Moritz is a winter resort which offers skiing and a variety of summer and winter sports as well as mud and mineral baths and mud therapies. Savour caviar and truffles in some of the resorts' fine restaurants or spa treatment at the Health Spa Centre. This town is also known for its active and expensive nightlife.

The town of Montreux is located in the heart of the Swiss Riviera on the shores of Lake Geneva. Walk by the lakeside and explore the Chillon Castle, or take a tour of the tower, courtyards, dungeons, and rooms of this eleventh-century castle, the most frequently visited historical building in Switzerland where its numerous rooms house weaponry, frescoes, and furniture. The castle can be reached by walking along the lakefront or taking the train or trolley bus.

Be sure to visit Basel, Switzerland's second largest city for the Fasnacht Spring carnival. Its world-famous three-day carnival features participants in colourful costumes and masks parading in the streets. The carnival starts on the Monday after Ash Wednesday, and cafes and bars are open all night as confetti, sweets, and flowers are thrown to the crowd

Situated near the town of Schaffhausen, Europe's largest waterfalls, is a magnificent natural wonder. Near the falls is the medieval castle, Schoss Laufen, which houses a restaurant, a youth hostel, and shops. On Swiss National Day, 1 August, the Rhine Falls is host to fantastic display of fireworks which attracts thousands of tourists.

"Veni Vidi Vici : I came, I saw, I conquered"....Rome

Rome, Italy is located on the Italian Peninsula along side of the Tiber River. Rome is the capital of Italy and the country's largest city.

The Colosseum is a site like no other. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, nothing represents the sheer power and magnificence of the Roman Empire like this stunning piece of ancient architecture.

The Colosseum, or ‘Colosseo’ in Italian, was once the largest amphitheatre in the Roman Empire. It was built in the first century AD by the Emperor Vespasian as a place for the people of Rome to enjoy. Originally named the Flavian Amphitheatre, after Vespasian’s family name, the man who brought the Roman Empire back from the brink would not live to see its completion.

Villa dei Quintili, translated as the Villa of the Quintili, was one of the most lavish homes along the famous road that leads to Rome, the Via Appia. Of all the places to visit in Rome, Villa dei Quintili is one of the most forgotten. Yet this ancient villa, once home to Emperor Commodus (the baddie in Gladiator), is captivating. It remains in good nick all-in-all, and you can even see Commodus’ private gladiatorial training arena (not that it did him much good in the film…)   

One of the most famous places to visit in Rome, the Forum was the centre of Roman life. Today it lacks its former grandeur and needs a bit of imagination to really get the idea – until the oft-touted Roman theme park is built of course – but it does have loads to see. There are free tours you can join and these are worthwhile

Cyprus in your heart

Cyprus is an island country in Eastern Europe. It is situated in the Mediterranean, 47 miles (75km) to the south of Turkey. It is the third largest island in the Mediterranean after Sicily and Sardinia.

    Cyprus offers a unique travel experience, where visitors can experience the cultures of two different countries on one small island. Greece and Turkey each control parts of modern day Cyprus. But, travelers will find many of the country's treasures have roots that date back hundreds and thousands of years, with ruins built upon earlier ruins. Cyprus offers a good mix of interesting town and cities, archeological attractions, and recreational activities.

    One of the main towns and tourist attractions on Cyprus is Paphos. The entire town, which was a main center on Cyprus during Roman times, has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Above the harbor is the 16th C Paphos Fort, while nearby can be found the 2nd to 4th C ruins of the Villa of Dionysos. Explore the old port, the museums, or take a tour to the nearby Adonis Falls.

    Limassol is another popular tourist destination, with a pleasant waterfront lined by a promenade. With a good mix of old and new, visitors can choose to wander through the ancient sites and museums, or spend the day shopping. Some of the sightseeing attractions in Limassol include the 14th C Fort, the Promenade, and the nearby village of Omodos.

    Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is located inland, and as a result receives fewer visitors. There are several things to do and see here though, so travelers should consider putting it on their agenda if they have the time. Its history dates to the 7th C but the city's most striking features are the Venetian Walls, built in the late 15th C. There are several interesting museums in Nicosia, offering a glimpse into the history and culture of the capital and the island. A good place to start is the Leventis Municipal Museum of Lefkosia.
